國藥國造抗肺癌新藥 5年內上市

台灣每年有超過9000人死於肺癌，它更是健保「燒錢」支出最多的癌症。國家衛生研究院執行標靶藥物研發計畫，經過多年努力，找到具發展性的抗肺癌藥物DBPR112，對肺癌細胞具有非常好的抑制效果，讓「國藥國造」邁一大步，最快5年內上市。
抑制效果非常好
肺癌是大多數已開發國家的主要健康問題之一，其中有85％患者屬於非小細胞肺癌。第一代應用於治療非小細胞肺癌病患的EGFR（上皮生長因子受體）標靶藥物艾瑞莎與得舒緩，相繼於2003年和2004年核准上市。然而非小細胞肺癌患者於臨床上使用第一代標靶藥物後，會產生抗藥性而導致藥物治療效果不顯著。
2013年上市的第二代藥物妥復克仍會出現抗藥性的問題；第三代的塔格瑞斯用於治療第一代及第二代標靶藥產生抗藥性的非小細胞肺癌，但仍有部分患者的表皮生長因子受體會產生突變，目前標靶藥物對他們無效。
國家衛生研究院執行標靶藥物研發計畫，自2011年起接受科技部的補助，經過跨領域的分子生物、藥物化學、動物藥理、藥動代謝等研究，終於找到具發展性的抗肺癌藥物DBPR112，並已完成臨床前實驗及進行人體第一期臨床試驗。
已取得多國專利
科技部次長蘇芳慶表示，DBPR112治療肺癌藥物研發計畫，全程由科技部支持，是本土自行開發出來的藥品，目前已取得中華民國、美國、大陸、日本及南韓的專利，對我國生技產業的發展具有鼓舞作用。科技部預估，治療肺癌的藥物在台灣每年就有約10億元的市場。
國家衛生研究院生技與藥物所研究員徐祖安表示，相較於第二代藥物妥復克，DBPR112有較高的口服吸收率，且具有較高耐受劑量、較低的毒性與副作用。
徐祖安指出，各項臨床前試驗結果顯示，DBPR112有效且較妥復克安全，期待業界投入資金支持第二期、第三期臨床試驗，如果一切順利，預估5、6年內可以上市。
